Agree with you on Quebec signage but there is a fundamental flaw: some big box whom I will refuse to name brand names have a blanket exemption from the law. Just look for an 's in the province of Quebec and that's an unacceptable double standard. The law should be uniform for everyone. Amazed that this exemption probably has not been taken before the courts. Don't feel like researching it.
