Hard to believe, but I’ve been doing this web site thing - not a blog! - for about 25 years, now. I’m a dinosaur, pretty much.
But, prior to their extinction-level end, even dinosaurs evolved. So, I’m evolving.
Twenty-five years ago, this web site seriously looked like a 14th Century wood cut (it often read like one, too). My brother said it needed to change. He was the one who conceived the one-eye Warren branding thing at top right, which I’ve kept. It stayed like that for a few years. You can see it, and all previous iterations, on the Wayback Machine.
During the 2007 provincial election campaign - which the Dalton McGuinty OLP won, and eviscerated John “Let’s Fund Sectarianism” Tory, by the by - my brother and a posse of nerdlings decided to redesign it again. It looked even better. Wordpress became the web site’s platform.
It didn’t change much after that. Comments were added and remained. But Wordpress became clunky. Got hit with lots of denial-of-service attacks and more.
So, brother suggested a new look and a new host, Wix. With the able assistance of Dayne at AppNerd, we’ve given it a whole new look. Here’s what you’ll see.
• WRITINGS: New and old are here. I’ve got 25 years of stuff to go through to add to the archives section, so be patient with me. There’ll be stuff about my books, opinion columns, Top Ten lists (I love those) and music writings. But the “new writings” page is what people mainly come to see, my metrics tell me, so that’s where you’ll land when you visit. Comments are still welcome, but mind the rules!
• ABOUT: This page is what you’d expect - plus a place to send comments to me directly, privately. (CONTACT, too.) Be nice!
• BUY: Look, if I can make a few bucks selling some of my books, art or music, why not? This is where you can buy 'em. My new book, The Hidden Hand, too. My creditors will thank you.
• FILM: This section will be where you can get information about our documentary, The Campaign. It’s about the global propaganda war against Jews, the Jewish state, and the West. It’s going make its debut soon.
It’s new and improved, but it’s pretty simple, actually (like me). I’m grateful you’ve stuck with me for so many years. Thank you.
It's freakin' me out! But I see most of my favorite commenters have settled into this new home, so all is well :)

Just fiddling around. Logged on somehow. Then logged out but not obvious how to log back in again. When logged in, you look like more of a guest then when logged out. ie-you can edit when logged out but not when logged in. You would think it would be the other way around. Only way to log in is when typing a message but you can log out on the page. I would have thought logging in would be in the same spot as logging out.
I like the look, congratulations on the new site!
Looks like only one edit allowed. Captcha thing a pain but likely only solution to prevent attacks. I think I “signed up”. Not sure what that is about.
