I must be stupid or something but I always thought that sovereign wealth fund dollars came from revenues already coming in from oil and gas onshore and offshore drilling. Isn't that what Norway did?
How can I put this delicately? The Arab and Palestinian minority know their place and what the bounds are in Israel. As communities, they respect those bounds to avoid unpleasant consequences.
The PQ has had a lot of practice since 1980. Meanwhile, (for Warren) Milliard and the provincial Liberals are blowing it. Instead of building trust with the French majority on language and culture to get their vote, their only game is to score cheap points with amateur theatrics. Yeah, that'll work.
