I'm a bit in Brian's camp: why would Ford want another mandate? Unless it's to put another roughly four years on the clock...and then take Carney on in a federal election. Is that the master plan?

Trump is a POS. He's only interested in hiring POS. He delights in that. May they all burn in Hell together, even though that's far too good for that lot of assholes. The fun part will be watching the DisbarringOlympicsTM. Trump WH and other lawyers will inevitably win the gold medal.

I like Ford. But going for four may be a bit of a stretch. But if anyone can pull it off, he can. His common touch is rarely seen in politics. And Ford knows when to bulldoze and more importantly, when not to. The only advice I would give Ford given his work ethic is not to become the next Flaherty. Will that job, and the incumbent stress, he should play it safe and see his doctor at least twice a year. Hope his own staff have already given him that advice.
